Batters and Breading

Batters – We have both batter mix and batter wash available.

Chicken Breaders – Our flavourful chicken breaders make your fried chicken light and crispy. Perfect for chicken wings and fried chicken of all kinds.

Crumbs – We have a wide variety of crumbs for any need, including Japanese (panko), Italian-style, golden, and fine or coarse breader crumbs.

Other Breadings – Our other breadings include specialty pork breadings, seafood bake mix, fine and slow browning varieties.

Blended Seasonings and Binders

Burger Binders – Patties hold their shape more easily when you mix in a burger binder. Our burger binders are available a variety of quantities in the following flavour mixes:

  • Charburger Seasoned Binder
  • Deluxe Burger Binder

Sausage Binders– A good sausage binder can add unique flavours to your sausage product, as well as helping it keep your desired shape. Some of our great sausage binder blends are:

  • Beef and Onion Sausage Binder
  • Garlic Sausage Binder (with or without MSG)
  • Italian Mild or Hot Sausage Binders
  • Smoked Polish Sausage Binder
  • Summer Sausage Binder (with cure)
  • Honey Garlic Pepperoni Binder (with or without MSG)

Our sausage binders are sold in a variety of quantities. Ask us what’s available in your preferred flavour combination.

Seasonings – We have a long list of blended seasonings for burgers, sausages, and other meat products. Our seasonings are sold in a range of quantities.

Cures

We have brines and cures for any meat product. The most common requests are for ham, bacon, corned beef and roast beef. Ask us what quantities are available in your preferred cure.

Flavour Enhancers

Give your meat product an extra flavour kick with a flavour enhancer. We stock common flavour enhancers like MSG in 5-25 kg packages.

Functional Additives

Our large selection of functional additives include emulsifiers, thickening agents, flavour enhancers, sweeteners and meat extenders.

Our most popular functional additives used in meat processing are:

  • Soya (emulsifier)
  • Corn Syrup Solids (sweetener)
  • Dextrose (sweetener)
  • Textured Vegetable Protein or TVP (meat extender)
  • Mustard (flavour enhancer)
  • Phosphates (water holding and emulsion stabilizer)

Our smoking chips and sawdust are available in maple, apple, hickory, oak, cherry and mesquite. Sold in 28-40 lb bags.

Soups and Gravies

Our standard soup and gravy base mixes make things faster and easier than “from scratch.” Available are: French onion soup, beef soup, chicken soup and beef gravy.
